Allowance.-The allowances normally granted by the Gvoernment, from time to time, shall be payable to the members of the service. However, in addition to the said allowances the special allowances shall also be payable to the members of the service as specified in Schedule-lll, after approval of the Gvoemment, from time to time, keeping in view the laboriousness of the services of the technical officers.
