Permission for starting new classes and their recognition — Every private school shall have to seek the prior permission of the competent authority before adding any higher classes. Any higher classes so added in a school shall require recognition by the Government. The Government shall, by notification in the Government Gazette, prescribe the procedure for the grant of such permission and recognition.
