De-recognition of schools — (1) The Government may de-recognize any private school, if in its opinion, the functioning of such a school is not in accordance with the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder: Provided that no such order of de-recognition shall be passed by the Government unless reasonable opportunity is provided to the educational agency in this regard. The orders passed by the Government shall be final and binding.
