Duties of Manager — The duties of Manager shall include the following:- (i) he shall be responsible for the administration of the school in accordance with the provisions of this Act; (ii) all the property, both movable and immovable shall be in the possession of the Manager who shall be responsible for maintaining them in proper condition; (iii) he shall maintain the records and the accounts of the school in such manner as may be prescribed; and (iv) he shall be bound to render assistance and facilities as are necessary for proper management of the schools.
