Time for seeking permission for certain existing paramedical institutions.–– Any person who has already established or is running a paramedical institution or any paramedical institution has opened a new or higher course of study or training or increases the admission capacity, such person or paramedical institution, as the case may be, shall seek within a period of one year from the commencement of the Act, the permission of the Government under the provisions of the Act.
