Non-recognition of para-medical qualification in certain cases.–– Where any para-medical institution is established or any para- medical institution opens a new or higher course of study or increases its admission capacity without the previous permission of the Government in contravention of the provisions of the Act, para-medical qualification so given to any student by such para-medical institution, shall not be recognised as para-medical qualification for the purpose of the Act.
