Counterpart agreements to be executed by licensees

Counterpart agreements to be executed by licensees.––Every person taking out a licence under this Act may be required to execute a counterpart agreement in conformity with the tenor of his licence and to give such security for the performance of his agreement as the 3[Commissioner] may require.
