Forms and conditions of licences, etc.––(1) Every licence or permit granted under this Act shall be granted— (a) on payment of such fees (if any), (b) for such period, (c) subject to such restrictions and on such conditions, and (d) shall be in such form and contain such particulars, as 1[the Government] may direct, either generally or in any particular instance, in this behalf. 2[(2) The Government may, by order, delegate all or any of its powers under sub-section (1) to the 3[Commissioner] subject to such conditions, if any, as be specified in the order].
