(1) The Ruler of Travancore shall nominate one of the members to be the Chairman of the Committee. (2) The Committee shall meet at least once in a quarter in Trivandrum. (3) The members of the Committee shall be paid such travelling allowances and sitting fees as the Ruler of Travancore may from time to time determine.
