(1) The Executive Officer of the Temple shall be the Secretary to the Committee. (2) The Secretary shall convene the meetings of the Committee on such dates as he may fix in consultation with the Chairman. He shall, after consulting the Chairman and the Ruler of Travancore, prepare the agenda and give the members notice of the day and time when the meeting is to be held and of the business to be transacted thereat. (3) A copy of the minutes of the proceedings of every meeting shall be communicated by the Chairman to the Ruler of Travancore.
