There shall be a Committee known by the name of the Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple Committee to advise the Ruler of Travancore, in the discharge of his functions. The Committee shall be composed of three Hindu members who shall be nominated by the Ruler of Travancore and shall hold office for such term as he may determine.
