(1) Membership in the Fund shall be terminated by the Registering Authority, if any fraud is detected. (2) Membership in the Fund is automatically terminated if the member defaults payments of subscription for three consecutive months. It is also terminated when the agencyship or sellership is invalid by not achieving the quantum of tickets fixed in Para 14(3). (3) Membership in the Fund shall also be terminated if the Registering Authority is of the opinion that the member has ceased to function as an agent/seller and in such cases no notice is given.
