For ensuring the validity of agency/sellership, the Registering Authority shall monitor the purchase of lottery tickets by the member and in case, it is noticed that the member could not maintain the monthly purchase mark of Rupees Ten Thousand or Rupees Thirty Thousand at the close of the particular quarter, the membership shall terminated. In such cases, the member shall be given an opportunity to explain his position and if the Registering Authority is convinced, can take a decision after watching the sale of tickets for the next three months. The date of termination in such cases shall be the last day of the month, in which the member has achieved the amount stipulated in Para 14 (3).
