(1) The amount of subscription fixed in sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Ordinance shall be remitted either directly to the concerned District Welfare Officer of Lottery or through designated Banks. (2) Those who are remitting the subscription through Banks may submit the concerned receipt and his Pass Book before the Registering Authority for entry and authentication. The members can remit subscription for maximum of three months in advance. (3) The regular payment of subscription to the Fund no longer stands as a reason for non-termination of membership of those who have defaulted to purchase the prescribed quantum of tickets.
