(1) Every lottery agent registered under Kerala Paper Lotteries Regulation (Rules), 2005 shall render all assistances and furnish required details for the smooth implementation of the Scheme. (2) A Certificate of Authorisation as in Form No. II shall be furnished before the concerned District Welfare Officer of Lottery for each seller who purchases the prescribed minimum number of tickets. (3) The sale of tickets in the Seller's Ticket Account Book shall be properly acknowledged.
