Subject to such conditions and on payment of such fees as may be prescribed by rules, any person who proves to the satisfaction of the Council that he has been registered as a nurse, midwife, auxiliary nurse-midwife or health visitor"] in any other State in India may be registered as a nurse, midwife, auxiliary nurse-midwife or health visitor under this Act.
