Section 23

Refusal of registration and removal and re-entry

(1) Subject to such conditions as may be prescribed by rules, the Council may, after giving an opportunity to the person concerned to appear and to be heard, and after holding an inquiry in the manner prescribed by rules refuse to enter in the register the name of any person or may order the removal of the name of any person from the register. (2) The order passed under sub-section (1) shall be in writing and shall be served on the person concerned in the manner prescribed by rules.
