i. The Societies shall remit the amount due to the Fund account maintained by the Registrar within a period of two months from the date of receipt of Audit Certificate. The Societies shall remit the amount only through the branches of Kerala State Co-operative Bank or District Co-operative Banks and the copy of the pay-in-slip shall be forwarded to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies under copy to the Assistant Registrar (General) of the Taluk. ii. The Assistant Registrar (General) of the Taluk concerned shall make necessary entries in the Demand Collection Balance Register and forward the details to the Joint Registrar (General) of the district concerned. iii. The Joint Registrar (General) of each district shall submit quarterly statement to the Registrar, showing the amount of Fund due and collected from societies of the district concerned, within 15 days from the end of every quarter.
