Government shall be the sanctioning authority of the assistance under this Scheme. A High Level Committee consisting of the Minister for Co-operation, Government Secretary (Co-operation) and Registrar of Co-operative Societies will appraise the proposals submitted by the Registrar and recommend eligible proposals to Government for sanctioning assistance.
