i. The Fund shall be maintained by the Registrar of Co-operative Societies and he shall open an interest bearing account with the Kerala State Cooperative Bank Ltd for the maintenance of the Fund. ii. The Registrar shall, with the approval of the Government constitute a Monitoring Cell for maintenance of the Fund. iii. The Monitoring Cell so constituted shall be entrusted with the overall administration of the fund and it shall keep all records, registers, accounts, statements etc. relating to the collection, remittance and maintenance of the Fund.
