Following are the beneficiaries of the Scheme,-- Co-operative Societies registered or deemed to be registered under the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969, which run Professional Education Institutions directly or under the management of any Charitable Society or Trust which is promoted/registered by such societies under the provisions of any Act prevailing in the State. i. Professional Education institutions under Co-operative Academy of Professional Education (CAPE), Kerala. ii. Training centres under the State Co-operative Union, Kerala, which conduct the course of Junior Diploma in Co-operation (JDC) and training colleges run by State Co-operative Union. iii. Training Centre or Institute promoted by the Department of Co-operation for imparting professional training to the officers under the administrative control of Registrar of Co-operative Societies. iv. Pharmacy College under the management of Kerala State Co-operative Consumers Federation Ltd.
