Power to give directions.—Subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules and the directions issued by the Government in this behalf, the Authority may, for the purpose of dishcarge of its powers and functions issue any direction to any person, officer or Authority, in writing and such person, officer or Authority, as the case may be, shall bound to comply with such directions.
