Maintenance and submission of records.—(1) Every person who obtained a registration certificate under this Act shall maintain such registers, accounts and records relating to transactions of his business in the manner as specified by the Authority. (2) Every person who holds a registration certificate for a semen station/ semen bank or A.I.Centre shall submit to the Authority an annual report and its true copy in respect of semen station / semen bank or A.I.Centre in such format and in time as prescribed. (3) The particulars of semendoses collected for distribution or of new breeding bulls which requires certification shall be submitted to the Authority by way of a report, in such format and in time as prescribed.
