(a) In addition to the benefits under clause l0 and 11, other Welfare Measures such as Medical, Educational Scholarships to children, advance for purchase of land for housing, advance for marriage of daughters, construction of houses, etc., will be provided as decided by the Administrative Committee according to the availability of fund from time to time. (b) A pension scheme will be evolved by the Government for the Workers.
