If a member desires to purchase an autorickshaw he will be paid seventy-five per cent of his contribution already made to the fund for the purpose as non-refundable advance: Provided that the member is eligible for the advance only after he completes 5 years of membership in the scheme: Provided further that no second advance shall be admissible to a member under this paragraph.
