Term of offlce.—(1 ) The term of office of the Board shall be three years. (2) Government hall have, subject to the provisions contained in Section 3, the right to nominate any person in the Board in the place of a person, who has ceased to be a member. (3) The Board duly constituted shall continue even after the expiry of three years until a new Boad is constituted.
