Constitution äffioard.—(l) The Board shall consist of twenty-one Direátors nominated by Government as hereinafter provided,- seven rnethbers representing the Government of whom one shall be the Chief Executive of the Board and another a representative of the Finance Department; seven penos representing the agrioultural workers nominated by the Government; seven persns representing the landowners nominated by the Government; (2) One of the Dirctors shall be appointed by the Government as the Chairman of the Board.
