Meetings of the Board:- (1) The meetings of the Board shall be convened by the MemberSecretary with the approval of the Chairperson. (2) The Board shall ordinarily meet at such time and place as the Chairperson may decide, provided that at-least once in every three months; (3) The Chairperson may authorize the Vice-Chairperson to preside over the meeting of Board in absence; (4) The procedure in regard to transaction of business at the meetings including the Quorum shall be such as may be prescribed;
