Inviting experts to the meetings of the Board:The Board may, from time to time, invite experts in the fields of Prison Administration, Medicine, Architecture, Engineering, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, psychiatry, Industrial Management and any other relevant field to be special invitees to the meetings of the Board as it may consider necessary for the efficient performance of its functions on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.
