Accounts and Audit.-(1) The Board shall maintain proper accounts and other relevant records, and prepare an Annual Statement of accounts in such form as may be prescribed. (2) The financial year of the Board shall be same as the financial year followed by the State Government. (3) The accounts of the Board shall be subject to the annual audit by the Accountant General Office, after the close of each financial year and any expenditure incurred in connection with such audit shall be payable by the Board. (4) Audit report along with compliance thereupon shall be forwarded annually to the Government,Which shall be laid before each house of the State Legislative.
