Budget and Annual Report.-(1)The Board shall prepare Budget every year in such manner and in such form as may be prescribed, its annual report giving a true and fare account of its activities during the previous year and submit the said report to the Government. (2) The Board shall furnish to the Government such returns or other information with respect to its activities as the Government may, from time to time, require.
