Vesting of Prison lands and building in the Board.-On and from the date of commencement of this Act, all land and building appurtenant thereto in the charge or possession or use of the Prisons and Correctional Service Department of the Government of Karnataka other than specified in the schedule shall vest in the Board and be subject to its control.
