इस अिधिनयम के अधीन कथन देने के िलए अपेǔ¢त कोई åयǒƠ, यǑद जानबूझ कर िमØया कथन करता है या ǒवǑहत Ĥािधकारȣ को भुलावा देने के िलए Ǒकसी सारभूत तØय को छुपाता है, तो वह साधारण कारावास से ǔजसकȧ अविध तीन मास तक कȧ हो सकेगी या पचीस हजार Ǿपये से अनिधक जुमा[ने से या दोनो से दÖडनीय होगा। िमØया कथम के िलए शाǔèत।
