Newspapers in which advertisements or notice are to be published- Whenever it is provided by this Act or any rule or regulation made there under that notice shall be given by advertisement in leading daily newspaper, or that a notification of an information shall be published in leading daily newspapers such notice, notification or information shall be inserted if practicable in at least two English daily newspapers and one dial newspaper published in Hindi.
