Public notices how to be made known- Even public given under this Act or any rule or regulation made hereunder shall be in writing over the signature of the Managing director and shall be widely made known in the locality to be affected thereby affixing copies thereof in conspicuous public places within the said locality to be affected thereby affixing opines thereof in conspicuous public places within the said locality, or by publishing the same by beat of drum or any advertisement in leading daily newspapers or by any two or more of these means and also by affixture in the notice board of the Board’s office or sub-office and by any other means that the Managing Director may think fit.
