Stamping signature on notices or bills- Every notice or bill which is required by this Act or by any rule or regulation made there under to bear the signature of the Managing Director or any other member or of any officer or servant of the Board shall be deemed to be properly signed if it bears facsimile of the 4848 | P a g e signature of the managing director or such other member or of such officer of servant, as the case may be, stamped there under.
