Section 19

Disqualifications

Disqualifications.- A person shall be disqualified for being a member if he- (a) has been convicted and sentenced to imprisonment for an offence, which in the opinion of the Government involves moral turpitude; or (b) is an un-discharged insolvent; or 16 THE HIMACHAL PRADESH TOURISM DEVELOPMENT AND REGISTRATION ACT, 2002 (c) is of unsound mind; or (d) has been dismissed or removed from the service of the Government or a Corporation owned or controlled by the Government; or (e) has directly or indirectly by himself or by any partner, employer or employee, any share or interest in any contract or employment with, by or on behalf of the Council.
