Recovery of the market dues.- Whenever any person is convicted of any offence punishable under this Act, the Magistrate shall in addition to any fine which may be imposed, recover summarily and pay to the Board or the Committee, as the case may be, the amount of fee or any other amount due from him under this Act or rules or bye-laws made thereunder and may, recover and pay over to the Board or Committee, as the case may be, costs of the prosecution.
