Redressal of disputes between the private market or consumer market and Committee.- Dispute between the private market or consumer market and Committee, shall be referred to the Managing Director of the Board or any other officer authorized by the State Government in this behalf and shall be resolved after giving both the parties a reasonable opportunity of being heard: Provided that the decision of the authority under this section shall be final.
