Appeal.- (1) Any person aggrieved by an order passed under sections 25, 26 or 40 may prefer an appeal, in such form and in such manner as may be prescribed, to -- (a) the Committee, where such order is passed by the Secretary of the Committee within thirty days from the date of order; (b) the Board, where such order is passed by the Committee within thirty days from the date of order; and H. P. AGRICULTURAL AND HORTICULTURAL PRODUCE MARKETING 39 (DEVELOPMENT AND REGULATION) ACT, 2005 (c) the State Government, where such order is passed by the Managing Director of the Board or by the Board, within thirty days from the date of such order. (2) The Appellate Authority, if it considers necessary to do so, may grant stay on the order appealed against for such period as it may deem fit. (3) The order passed by the State Government under this section shall be final.
