Recovery of sums due to the Board or the Committee.- Any sum due to the Board or the Committee from any person on account of any charges, costs, expenses, fees, rent and any other account under the provision of this Act or any rules or bye-laws made thereunder shall be recoverable as arrear of land revenue.
