The following records shall be kept for five years, namely :— (a) General abstract of all classes of prisoners (b) Lock-up register for all classes of prisoners (c) Labour register (d) Register of prisoners on whom fetters were imposed for security (e) Clothing and Bedding Registers (f) Stock Books and Ledger of Stationery and forms (g) Register of articles of uniform received and issued to warders (h) Ammunition Register (i) Ball Practice Register (j) Main Gate Register (k) Register of orders for execution in the Manufactory Department (l) List of unsatisfied manufactory indents (m) Office copies of all monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual returns and statements (n) Counterfoils of Indents (o) Register of Contingent expenditure (p) Detailed Budget estimates (q) Mortality return of prisoners (r) Duty roaster of Warders (s) Attendance Roll (t) Register of inter and intra departmental supplies (u) Barrack-wise prisoner’s Register (v) Budget allotment register (w) Undisbursed pay register (x) Auction Book (y) Treasury Bill Book (z) Treasury Intimation Book (aa) Earnest Money Deposit register (ab) Forwarding Memo Book of Articles supplied (ac) Prescription Book (ad) Bed Head Ticket (ae) Register of Hospital Clothing (af) Expense Book of Drugs 1412 HARYANA GOVT.
