In every prison a residential complex for staff members shall be constructed. The houses/hostel shall be constructed as per policy of the Government/Department. A Community Centre-cum- Gazetted Officers Mess, Warder Hostel-cum- Non Gazetted Officers Mess and Health and Wellness Centre shall be constructed at every prison. Watch Tower.
