The Deputy Superintendent (Industries and Welfare) shall maintain a report book in which he shall make entries of all matters requiring the orders of the Superintendent such as requisitions for prisoners, materials, machinery, tools, plant, and the like, the manufacture, sale, or dispatch of goods, and recommendations of every kind relating to the manufactory department.
