The Deputy Superintendent (Administration) shall enter daily in his journal the following, namely:- (a) lock-out time; (b) number of prisoners admitted during the day; (c) number of prisoners sent to outside hospitals/institutes for treatment; (d) number of prisoners released or transferred during the day; (e) result of checking of gratings and locks of the prison; (f) sanction for the employment of prisoners in any special manner; (g) lock-up time; (h) any other important occurrence of the day; (i) suggestions regarding prison administration, if any. Daily entries to be made by Deputy Superintendent (Security) in his Journal.
