(1) The Superintendent shall on the History-Ticket of every convict, record the following, namely:- (a) any special order he may have to give relating to any prisoner, e.g. permission to hold an interview, separation by night, etc.; (b) award of every punishment; (c) sanction for employment on extra-mural work; (d) award of special remission; (e) any reward or appreciation for acquiring any special skills or any out of turn special work done by the prisoner; and (f) approval of initiation of parole or furlough of a convict. (2) Subject to the requirements of these rules, the Director General may, from time to time, change the format of the history-ticket. Custody and management of history-tickets.
