The history-ticket of all the prisoners shall be kept in a proper receptacle in alphabetical manner, alongwith a unique identification number allotted to every prisoner by the Assistant Superintendent or Sub Assistant Superintendent concerned and shall be produced before any superior officer whenever required. The ticket shall go with the prisoner whenever he is transferred from one prison to another prison.
