Each prison shall have a remission committee consisting of, - (a) Superintendent – Chairman (b) Deputy Superintendent (Administration)- Member Secretary (c) Deputy Superintendent (Industry and Welfare)- Member NOTE.- Where only one officer of Deputy Superintendent rank is posted, Superintendent may co-opt one or more Assistant Superintendents as members.
