- S. 9(1) The Court shall meet thrice or after each four months in a year on a date to be fixed by the Vice-Chancellor
- S. 10(1) The Governor of Haryana by virtue of his office shall be the Chancellor of the University

- S. 17(1) Each Faculty shall consist of (i) Dean of the Faculty
- S. 18(1) There shall be a Dean of each Faculty who shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor

- S. 21(1) On the commencement of this Act, the Statutes of the University shall be those as set out in the Schedule

- S. 23(1) The Ordinances shall be made, amended, repealed or added to by the Executive Council
