(1) The Finance Committee shall consist of the following persons, namely :- I. Ex-officio members : (a) the Vice-Chancellor (Chairman); (a-i) the Pro-Vice-Chancellor. (b) the Secretary to Government, Haryana, Finance Department or in his absence, his nominee not below the rank of Joint Secretary; (c) the Secretary to Government, Haryana, Education Department or in his absence, Higher Education Commissioner, Haryana; II. Other members :- (a) one member nominated by the Chancellor; (b) two Deans of Faculties to be nominated by the Vice- Chancellor; (2) the Registrar will be the Secretary of the Committee. (3) Nominated members of the Finance Committee; shall hold office for a term of two years (4) Three members, out of whom at least one member shall be from amongst (b) or (c) of clause (1) above, shall form the quorum.
